The dealership gave me a great deal on my current Alfa lease which was unexpected and appreciated. Sales process was smooth and simple with no issues. Their service dept is top notch and super helpful and communicative.
I really wanted to give them 5 stars but the post sales service has been less than helpful. I spent a week getting the Alfa Connect sorted put with little help from the sales team who promised they would help. There was a promise that the lease with the current bank would be cancelled and now I'm dealing with trying to get a refund for over payment. Now the car broke down and the Afla Tow/service company had no record of my vehicle even though I was calling the number in their system that had been set up. Thankfully the Alfa Service Staff were fantastic and got that sorted with little fuss and kept me updated constantly. Now having asked for help to resolve the issue with the car not being in the system, I'm not getting much help still. Service staff amazing, sales staff, sadly not so much :(

Joseph Derobertis is the most rude and incompetent person I’ve ever encountered in a service department. Avoid this dealer like the plague.
Dealing with this place is a nightmare. Brought my Fiat Abarth in to have brakes replaced and got a car back that could not be driven on the freeway, after having the car towed back to them they discovered one of their technicians didn't tighten the lug nuts properly. This could have ended in a fatal accident especially at freeway speeds, but I was hopeful they would resolve it. Shortly after picking it up I noticed the same issue beginning to come up again. The Service Manager, Joseph Derobertis tried every attempt to blame it on me. He even went as far as saying "I don't know what happens to this car and who touches it when you leave the dealership" and after a lot of back and forth, agreed to make one last attempt to repair the car under the condition that I agree to never return to his service department. The next day, I receive no news other than a text demanding my presence at their dealership before they close (20 minutes before closing) And being bombarded by phone calls by the rental car company demanding the car back. I had originally let Joe know that I would only agree to take possession of the car again if I could drive it without traffic and prove the problem has went away, not in 5pm Bumper to Bumper LA Traffic. Fast forward to today. I got the car back, unwashed and with 0 gas (I gave them the car with over a half tank) and Joe refused to accommodate. That man deserves an award for being the most incompetent person in the automotive industry. I'll be utilizing another Fiat dealer for future repairs. While the service advisor and tech that I drove the car with were great, Joe being such a complete moron ruins everything.
My experience with the service I received was horrible! First, Daniel tried to overcharge me for the services I was provided. In which I know this because I contacted 3 other Maserati dealerships and for the same work Daniel claimed to perform on my vehicle the cost ranged from $725 -$820. I also contacted this dealership and spoke with Elizabeth , another service advisor , who gave me the price prior to me picking my vehicle up . Second, my engine light came back on in less than 12 hours after I paid for my vehicle. Third , after reviewing the notes on my vehicle summary , I noticed that Daniel lied about informing me of other repairs that were needed on my vehicle. It stated that I was advised and declined , which was a complete lie! I was never made aware of any other issues, in fact I asked several times and was told that everything was fine. I contacted the service manager Joseph Derobertis and made him aware that my service light was back on 12 hours from the time of pickup. I also expressed my concern for the integrity of Daniel due to him trying to charge me roughly $1300 for $800 service as well as the lies told through your the time of service and in the service notes. The service manager Joseph told me that although my engine light came on 12 hours after me picking up my vehicle that he would have to charge me an additional Diagnostic Fee, if I returned the vehicle back to the shop. I was very appalled! I asked Joseph for the General Manager’s contact and Joe refused to give me that information. I reached back out to the dealership and asked Iris if the General Manager John was in . Iris informed that he was out of the office , and offered to assist me with any complaints. I left a message for the general manager John , with Iris and asked if she could have him give me a call. The following day I received a missed call from the dealership. I returned the call and asked if John the General Manager was trying to reach me and if I could speak to him. The guy who answered asked my name and placed me on hold. He then came back to the phone and said John said he was not trying to contact me. I told the guy the issues that I had with my service ave he placed me on hold and never came back to the phone . I spent my whole 1hour lunch break on hold waiting to speak with John and never did. Later that day, I received a phone call from Iris saying that her notes stated that they were trying to reach me . I told her what happened and she told me she would update the note for John to reach out to me again. This was over 4 days ago and no one has yet to reach out to me.

I was never told that the car had no remote access and it was delivered to me with one key. I requested a second key about 3 1/2 weeks ago and still have not received it. When I spoke to the manager, he promised me he would take care of it and I’m still waiting.

This dealership has unethical practices. I have tried to get a refund of my extended warranty contract cancellation for over 3 months and they are refusing to process the cancellation on their end and return the ~ $2,400 that I am owed. The warranty company processed the cancellations over a month ago, but the dealership is sitting on the funds and won't complete the transaction and send me a check. This is unethical and unacceptable. The leadership at this place is appalling and the way they have treated me throughout this process has been unfair, stressful and emotionally draining. I have been largely ignored throughout the process and bounced around their staff with no resolution. I simply want this business to follow the law and refund me what I am rightly owed. My suggestion would be for all of you reading this to steer away from this dealership and go to an alternative one.

Be careful of the internet listed price. They have mandatory add ons that quickly add thousands to the "good deal". In addition, having a deposit on the vehicle did not stop them from selling the car to another person instead and notifying me after their deal was done with the other customer.

Karim is such a great professional, he works his a** off in all aspects of customer service in first place and off course as a sales person; he is a man of focus but also very emphatic and prone to help the customer in taking a decision. I for example was undecided if to do the crazy thing to purchase a performance luxury SUV or not and he was there understanding my reasons and giving me friendly reminders and pictures of vehicles in the lot; a person, not a robot; an hard working person and I respect him as such.
